Apprenticeship First at the College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London is a new initiative

Apprenticeship First covers every aspect of the recruitment and training process. Our dedicated Account Managers provide advice and solutions from initial enquiry through to candidate placements and completion of the programme, comprising an NVQ, Technical Certificate and Key Skills. We employ the apprentice on your behalf and take away the hassle of recruitment and employment. We organise the training element, usually off-site one day a week and provide a mentoring service for the apprentices throughout their programme.

Apprenticeships are an efficient and cost- effective way to employ and train high quality staff. 

We offer a simple and efficient service

• You determine the job role

• We screen, pre-select and interview to provide you with potential apprentices

• We employ the apprentice on your behalf

• We do all employee administration i.e. sickness, holidays etc.

• You pay a minimum salary

• We organise and deliver a fully funded Apprenticeship Scheme for the apprentice

• We monitor and support the employee throughout their programme

• You then have a highly skilled and qualified apprentice ready to employ in your organisation
